Please read the following Guideline carefully before filling the form
The complete admission process is based on merit of the respective entrance examinations i.e. JEE/CAT/MAT/UCEED/CET/PAT/Others OR Qualifying Examination i.e. HSC/UG/PG/Others. Please follow the procedure as given below:-
Phase 1- Getting started (Online Application)
Applicants seeking admission in UG/PG/Ph.D. programs must register on the Madhyanchal Professional University Website (http://www.mpu.ac.in/) by clicking on Admission Registration tab. New applicants need to register through - Sign Up (always remember for further signing in). After successfully registering click - Sign In.
Note: The following points are important during registration process:
Applicants must have a valid email-id before proceeding further.
All the mandatory fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).
Applicant’s Name and Date of Birth must be the same as mentioned in class X marksheet.
The mobile number mentioned should be active for communication.
Applicants need to click interested course(s)/programs(s) (choice of program/course can be changed later during online application).
Applicant must ensure that all entered details are correct before submitting.
Phase-2: Online Application
On Admission Registration page click → Sign-In and enter your User Name, Password and
click → Submit.
Basic Details & Documents
After login all fields marked with (* asterik) sign are mandatory and should be filled along with Aadhar Number in the given field.
Upload All Documents (as mentioned in the form).
Enter the details of your last completed course. (Refer eligibility link on website)
Select the desired Program, and in it choose the Course and Specialisation.
Multiple options can be selected in the order of priority. .
Order of preferences can be made program-wise as well as interdisciplinary-wise
Select – I agree to the rules and regulations.
Phase -3 Registration Fee (For Admission):
Select Registration Fee Payment.
Click Online Payment and choose Gateways or UPI.
Note a) Rs. 2500 /- Registration Fee for students outside the state of Madhya Pradesh
- 40% Discount during Lockdown = Rs. 1500/- only
b) Rs. 400/- for students of the state of Madhya Pradesh(Domicile) -
40% Discount during Lockdown = Rs. 200/- only
Click Print Application : Mandatory to print the generated form or save screenshot on the mobile phone
Phase-4: Online Counselling (Merit Basis Seat Allotment) and Reporting
Only after successfully completing the above 3 Phases the course-wise allotment page will be displayed. (SMS will also be sent on the registered mobile number). The following is the order for viewing details and completion of the Admission Process:
Click View Allotment: The candidate can view his/her provisional allotted stream as decided by the University based on the cut-off marks.
Click Confirm Allotment- If the candidate wishes to take the allotted seat. Seats are allotted based on document(s) uploaded.
Click Pay Fees: Student has to submit 25% of the 1st semester fee for confirmation of seat. (Check list of fee for the course opted to be checked from the website)
Click Check Reporting Procedures: The applicant should take a note of procedure and date for document verification and remaining semester fee payment at the University premises on or before the assigned dates. If the candidate fails to report during the assigned tenure, the seat will be treated as vacant.
